What we collect, and what happens to it.

Who this is

What you give us

The offer form asks for these, and nothing else:

• The property address.
• Your name.
• Your phone number and email address.
• What is going on with the house, and roughly when you need to be done.
• Whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive text messages.

You can call instead and give us none of it. The phone number is on every page of this site.

What the site collects on its own

• Address suggestions. The address field uses Google Places. As you type, what you type is sent to Google so it can suggest matches. That happens before you submit anything.
• Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics. It records page views, the pages you came from and went to, and general device and browser information, and it sets cookies on your device to do it. It does not receive your name, phone number or email address.
• The advertising pixel. One page on this site, the one we send paid traffic to, loads Meta's advertising pixel. It tells Meta that a browser opened that page, along with the IP address and a cookie Meta sets, so we can tell which ads are working. It does not receive your name, phone number or email address, and no other page on this site loads it. California law counts that as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising even though no money changes hands, so you can switch it off: see below.
• Advertising parameters. If you arrive from an ad, the link carries campaign identifiers. We store them with your submission so we know which ad found you.
• Your browser's storage. Your submission is saved in your own browser before it is sent, so a dropped connection does not lose it. It stays on your device and is not readable by us.

Why we have it

• To look the house up, work out what we would pay, and prepare the three numbers.
• To contact you about your request, by phone, email or text.
• To keep a record of what was offered and agreed.
• To understand which advertising works.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to lead buyers or to other home buyers shopping for deals. It goes to:

• Google, for the address suggestions and the analytics described above.
• Meta, for the advertising pixel described above, on that one page.
• An investor, in the one case where we bring one in to buy your house instead of buying it ourselves. That happens only after we have told you in writing, before you sign anything, and they get what a buyer needs: the address, your name, and the terms.
• The customer system we use to keep track of enquiries, and the messaging provider that sends texts and emails on our behalf.
• If you decide to sell, the title or escrow company handling the closing, and anyone the transaction legally requires.
• Anyone we are required to give it to by law.

Text messages

The box on the form is separate and unticked by default. Ticking it is not a condition of getting an offer, leave it alone and we will still work up your numbers. If you do tick it, you agree that Rapid Close SoCal, LLC may send you recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages at the number you gave us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. STOP works whether or not anyone reads the reply. Your mobile number and your consent are not shared with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become transactions are kept while there is a reason to, usually because you asked us to follow up later, and are deleted on request at any time. Records tied to a completed purchase are kept as long as the law and our insurers require.

Your rights in California

California residents can ask us what personal information we hold about them, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it. We will not treat you differently for asking, and we will not refuse to make you an offer because you did.

We do not sell personal information. We do share one thing for advertising: that a browser opened our ads page, with Meta, as described above. Nothing you type into the form is part of it, and you can turn it off for this browser in the next section.

Do not sell or share my personal information

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out and the pixel never loads. You do not have to ask us.

Otherwise, this button switches it off for this browser on this device. It works by leaving a note in your own browser's storage, so clearing your site data undoes it, and a different browser or device needs its own. Analytics is not advertising and is not covered by it.

Children

This site is for adults selling property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
